However, you acknowledge that:

  • Product images may include lifestyle or illustrative visuals

We are not liable for minor visual differences.

4. Orders & Acceptance

4.1 Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an email or SMS confirming that we have received it.
This does not guarantee acceptance.

4.2 Order Approval

An order is considered accepted only after:

  • Payment is processed (for prepaid orders), and

  • The product is shipped

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incorrect address

  • Inventory unavailability

  • Payment failure

  • Operational limitations

4.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you place a COD order:

  • You must complete payment at delivery

  • Repeated rejections or fake orders may lead to account blocking

  • Courier delays or non-calls are not our liability

5. Pricing & Payments

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in INR.
We may change prices at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Prepaid digital payments

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • UPI and card payments (via payment gateway partners)

5.3 Taxes

All applicable GST is included or added as required by law.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours.

6.2 Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days, depending on location.

6.3 Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Weather

  • Courier operational issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Festivals or holidays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

6.4 Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct, complete address.
We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

No other return reasons are accepted.

7.2 Return Window

You must notify us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

7.3 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds take up to 5 business days to appear in your account.

7.4 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items

  • Non-damaged products

  • Items without valid proof of damage

8. Cancellations

8.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order is shipped.
After shipping, cancellations are not guaranteed.

8.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation

We may cancel an order for:

  • Unserviceable location

  • Payment issues

  • Fraud indicators

  • Inventory shortages

Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed within 5 days.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, graphics, logos, and images are the property of Shahdhar Innovative Private Limited.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Srinagar Jammu & Kashmir.
