Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (festivals, sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery window: 4–8 business days

  • Metro cities: 4–5 days

  • Tier 2/3 cities: 5–7 days

  • Remote/ODD locations: 7–8 days

These are estimates provided by courier partners.
Actual delivery time may differ based on location, weather conditions, operational loads, or courier delays.


3. Tracking Information

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

  • If your tracking does not update for more than 3 days, contact us at care@arvata.in.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping: Free unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • COD fee (if applicable): Displayed at checkout.

  • Any additional fees charged by the courier due to remote location delivery are borne by the customer.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Courier will attempt delivery once or twice, depending on local rules.

  • If you do not respond to calls or delivery attempts, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

  • Repeated COD rejections may lead to blocking COD for your account or address.

  • We are not responsible if the courier does not call before delivery.


6. Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for entering a complete and correct address.

We are not liable for:

  • Wrong apartment numbers

  • Missing landmarks

  • Incorrect pin codes

  • Incomplete phone numbers

  • Failed deliveries due to unreachable phone numbers

If the address is incorrect, the order may return to us automatically. No refund is provided for COD RTOs.


7. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier operational issues

  • Festivals and peak seasons

  • Transportation strikes

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Unreachable phone number

Refunds will not be issued solely due to courier delays.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

8.1 Lost Packages

If the courier marks the package as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Raise the issue with us within 48 hours.

  • We will open an investigation with the courier (usually takes 3–7 business days).

  • Replacement or refund will be issued only after courier confirmation.

8.2 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos or video of the package and product.

  • Email evidence to care@arvata.in within 30 days of delivery.

  • Approved cases receive replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages depending on availability, warehouse location, and courier constraints.


10. Undeliverable Locations

Some pin codes may be unserviceable by our courier partners.
If your location becomes unserviceable after ordering:

  • We will cancel your order

  • A refund (for prepaid orders) will be issued within 5 business days


11. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery information

  • Be available to receive the shipment

  • Respond to courier calls or SMS

  • Track your shipment periodically

Failure to receive or respond may result in RTO without refund for COD orders.
