Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for products that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for any other reason.

Eligibility for Return

A return is accepted only if:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or unusable.

  • You notify us within 30 days of delivery.

  • You provide clear photos or video proof of the damage.

If the issue is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Process

  1. Email care@arvata.in with your order number and evidence of the damage.

  2. Our team reviews your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, we will send return instructions or confirm a replacement.

  4. Once the returned item is received (if required), we process your refund.

Refunds

  • Refund processing time: up to 5 business days after approval.

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items

  • Intact, undamaged, or fully functional products

  • Products without proof of damage
