Find your Curva Belt size

Measure your natural waist (the narrowest part of your torso, about an inch above your belly button) and your hips (the widest point around your glutes) with a soft tape. Pick the size that includes both measurements. If you're between sizes, go down one size — the triple-wrap design is built to tighten as you wear it in.

  • 1. Stand relaxed. Don't suck in — measure the waist you actually have, not the one you're holding.
  • 2. Wrap a soft tape around the narrowest point of your torso, keeping it parallel to the floor.
  • 3. Snug, not tight. The tape should lie flat against your skin without digging in.
